THE EVENT - Press Conference
Scheduled Date: December 8, 2008
The Capitol Rotunda
A - To request that the Governor of the State of Florida, Charlie Crist, order the state’s Attorney General, the
Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Department of Juvenile Justice to immediately an investigation into
the cause of death and identities of the remains believe to be covered 32 unidentified graves found on what
The state called the “colored boys side,” of then the Florida School for Boys at Marianna, Dozier School for Boys.
B- On October 21, 2008, the White House Boys Survivors organization lead representatives of the Department of
Juvenile Justice and the press to what was on that date 32 marketed grave sites without the deceased’s
identification. Given the school’s meticulous records, there is no practical reason that the identities of the children buried
were not available to be recorded.
C- Given the history of barbaric practices that took place during the period of segregation it is reasonable to believe
that the remains in the mass grave are those of African American children. It is unreasonable to believe that the
remains are those of “white children.”
D- Further that it initiate investigation into this matter and all crimes “committed under the color of state law” that
occurred but not limited to that committed in the White House, including the aggravated rape of a minor, trafficking in
children for sexual purpose, kidnapping and attempted kidnapping of children for trafficking, and other crimes.
D- Further, the White House Boys Survivors Organization’s formal request to the US Department of Justice to bring
an immediate investigation into the cause of death and identities of the remains believe to be covered 32 unidentified
graves found on what the State called the “colored boys side,” of then the Florida School for Boys at Marianna,
Dozier School for Boys.
